LGBTQ+ Rights

Here at RBC, we believe in diversity and inclusivity. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and with dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Ensuring equal rights for LGBT individuals is a fundamental aspect of social justice.

RBC has done tremendous pro bono work to alleviate the suffering of the LGBT+ community and will continue to do so.

The Supreme Court recognized the right of same-sex marriage in the landmark case of Obergefell v. Hodges. Nevertheless, there is much to be done in furthering the rights of marginalized groups. RBC can help represent LGBT individuals in cases of discrimination, harassment, or violence, ensuring that their rights are protected and that they receive justice. We also work with policymakers to protect LGBT rights, advocating for anti-discrimination laws and policies that recognize same-sex relationships and gender identity.

Please reach out to us if you need help. Together we will create a more compassionate and inclusive society.
